Tom Neukranz

Tom Neukranz is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Pacific Ventures, Inc., where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and operations. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles across global financial institutions. He previously served as Head of Capital Markets at ClearPund Commercial PACE Capital, Inc. and as Head of Distribution at Aegon Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Advisor at Seneca Capital Management.

Tom also brings deep expertise in derivatives and structured products, having been the Global Head of Exchange-Traded Derivatives at Goldman Sachs and the Head of Exchange-Traded Derivatives at J.P. Morgan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Michael Ko

.Michael Ko is the Investment Manager of Global Pacific Ventures, Inc. With over 20 years of experience in financial advisory and investment management, Michael has successfully invested in early and growth-stage venture companies across the U.S. and Asia.

Prior to this, he held a strategy execution role at Starlion Inc. and investment roles at Morgan Stanley (Japan & Hong Kong) and Merrill Lynch (Japan), where he managed $3.4 billion across private equity, special situations, and structured finance. Earlier in his career, at Deloitte, he advised international clients on M&A and valuation services

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He holds an MS in Financial Engineering from Yonsei University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
